Virginia Scots Guards Pipes and Drums Performance Band
We meet and practice at the Gayton Kirk Presbyterian Church located at 11421 Gayton Road Henrico, VA 23238 on Monday evenings from 6:30 PM until 9:00 PM.
The VSGPD was formed on September 18th, 2007 from talented local pipers and drummers. The look and sound is that of a traditional military pipe and drum core with a few twist.
Performances have included: parades, Gayton Kirk Celtic Festival, Meadow Highland Games, Church Hill Irish Festival, Field Day of the Past, Ashland Strawberry Fair, Numerous performances for The Sons of Confederate Veterans and many pubs in Richmond, VA. The VSGPD also opened up for the Coca Cola 600 NASCAR race in Charlotte, NC, and was filmed by FOX News.
Pricing: Very negotiable. The band is a for profit, that operates as a non-profit.
